In oneway trips the driver will only wait for 30 min to board the taxi. If the customer doesn’t confirm on the trip the booking will automatically get cancelled.
In oneway trips, driver will follow pre-specified(fixed) route otherwise return fare will be charged.
For Local and return bookings the kilometers and/or hours charged would start from and end at our renta office. Guest has to use the KM limit which is mentioned in the voucher.
In case of partial payment, the balance payment of trip needs to be paid well in advance on time of boarding.
Charges for additional kms would be paid to the driver directly. In one way trip, for extra kms travelled the charges of to &fro distance will apply on the extra km rates shared.
For airport/railway transfers it is the customer’s responsibility to call the cab at enough notice to make it for the connecting Journey.
All state taxes, toll and parking charges will be paid to the driver directly in cash as applicable.
You will receive a confirmation call from driver 30 minutes prior to the journey, calls not reachable or not responded for more than 3 times in 15 mins will lead to cancellation of the booking.
After 9.00PM – 6:00AM to additional night driver allowance will be applicable @ Rs 250/- only in return bookings &Local bookings.
Any delay caused by traffic etc will not be the responsibility of shiva Tour & Travel.
Air condition will not run in hilly areas.
Uttaranchal, Himachal, J&K Indian North eastern states will be charged on point to point km package basis.
Extra points traveled in above areas will be charged by driver directly on the prices applicable.
In above areas same day return journey wouldn’t be applicable.
